We had a major foam problem in our hot tub and tried a lot of things — more calcium, as well as shock treatments with chlorine and with ozone. Nothing helped — until I tried Foam Down. It shrinks the foam on contact. The only downside was it left a bit of a residue, which was easily skimmed off. Since I used it a month ago, we haven’t had any more foam.
